Leaders

As prescribed in the New Testament, CrossWay is led by a team of pastors* whom God has called and gifted to shepherd his church and equip the members for ministry. Each of our pastors have a deep passion for the global glory of God and have personally carried the good news and labored in some of the most difficult places on earth to make Christ’s name known among all peoples. They also have an unwavering devotion to making disciples right here in Volusia and Seminole counties and leading CrossWay in having a global gospel impact among our neighbors and the nations. We invite you to contact our pastors with any question you might have, or if they can help you in any way.

 * The Bible uses three terms for the same office: pastor (shepherd), elder and overseer. We also use these terms interchangeably to refer to the same role.

"To the elders among you, I appeal as a fellow elder and a witness of Christ’s sufferings who also will share in the glory to be revealed: Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." - 1 Peter 5:1-3

"Paul sent to Ephesus for the elders of the church. When they arrived, he said to them: ..Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood."  - Acts 20:17, 28-29
