But if you’re wanting to find out about our lead teaching pastor, his name is Clint Wagnon. He and his wife Traci were commissioned by the North American Mission Board and moved from Birmingham to Central Florida to start the groundwork for CrossWay in 2001. They found out they were pregnant with their first child two weeks before they moved.
Clint was born in 1972. He was born again in 1988 and shortly afterward began spreading the fame of Jesus. He served his first part-time pastorate while in college in 1992, and has since worked as lead pastor, church planter, clinical counselor and crisis inpatient treatment center manager, conference speaker, teacher and life-long learner. He is also a hack writer.
Clint is a graduate of Jacksonville State University (B.S., Sociology and English) and New Orleans Seminary (M.Div.,) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in applied theology.
Clint is crazy about his wife and four children, Lauren, Hunter, Nicholas and Matthew Stone. Apart from Christ, they are God’s greatest grace to him. He also loves the outdoors, martial arts, daddy dates, the movie “Gladiator,” golf, adventurous undertakings, writing poetry, Dr Pepper (he might have a problem) and stuff that glows.
You can get to know Clint better by visiting him at the Underground Awakening or connecting with him on Twitter or Facebook.
