Leaders Senior Pastor Our Senior Pastor is Jesus Christ (1 Peter 5:4.) It is for his glory and his fame that CrossWay exists, and "from him and through him and to him are all things." (Rom 11:36) In light of this reality, all other pastors, including the lead pastor, are junior pastors and subject to Christ as Head.
Lead Pastor Clint Wagnon is the lead pastor of CrossWay. The lead pastor is the administrative and visionary leader of the church, and is the primary teaching pastor (1 Tim. 5:17, 1 Peter 5:1-3).
